Lifespark - Private Pay Billing Specialist

We are seeking: Skilled Nursing Facility- Private Pay Billing Specialist

In this position, you will be Responsible for managing accounts receivable, month end processes, reporting and general administration for assigned facilities.  Duties include:    Verify, maintain, and reconcile assigned resident A/R accounts in applicable software. Analyze and submit billing of all payers according to company established deadline. Coordinate with facility teams and billing team to confirm accuracy of census and ancillary items. Perform timely and accurate payer verifications. Reconcile, coordinate month end close and submission of all month end reports for assigned facilities

 Preferred Qualifications:   

High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of three years’ experience in a business office environment, preferably health care oriented.
