Position: Revenue Cycle Business Partner for Senior Living

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Full-time, 1.0 FTE

Location: Hybrid, would have regular travel to Senior Living Communities

The Revenue Cycle Business Partner is responsible for overseeing all business office
functions and accounts receivable function in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Healthcare facility locations. The Revenue Cycle Business Partner is responsible for monitoring/auditing the business office records and billings for the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing homes in accordance with the established state and federal code of regulations and corporate philosophy, policies and procedures as well as analyzes month end reports and requirements. Responsible for providing tools, training, and resources to facility teams.
Position Functions and Responsibilities
• Train Office Managers in all aspects of Admin and billing functions in applicable software.
• Train Office Managers in all billing aspects of facility specific payers.
• Work with applicable Resource Center team to assist in follow up training on payables.
• Exercise independent judgement in working closely with Executive Director to analyze and prepare monthly Accounts Receivable reporting for Resource Center.
• Monitor and audit Admission files, trust, segregation of duties, and business office policy and procedures for compliance.
• Resource for office managers to answer questions, correct problems, and aide in researching resident account. Work with office managers to assist where needed.
• Resource for special projects as needed (i.e. year-end audits).
• Assist in developing and training policy and procedure/audit tools.
• Participate in achieving monthly A/R goal. Participate in required A/R meetings.
• Complete required reporting by deadline.
• Communicate with appropriate Resource Center and/or Facility leadership to facilitate concerns and needs of residents, staff, and visitors. Work collaboratively to assist in addressing these needs and concerns.
• Work with Executive Director to establish facility departmental goals and develop written plans of action.
• Continue on-the-job training of current business practices.
• Must be adaptable, flexible to changes, and able to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within time allotted.
• Maintain a positive attitude in relation to customer service program.
• Comply with established safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications
Education
• Degree in finance or accounting and/or minimum of 2 years of experience in health
care industry (business office, accounting, administration)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents,
resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess proficient computer skills, including email use.
