\n \n Job DescriptionCome work at Associa ! We are an industry leader in community association management and we are looking for a talented Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. If you're serious about your next move, Associa is an excellent place to grow your career.\n\nThe Lifestyle Coordinator's duty is to work with the management team, Board of Directors and committee members to ensure that residents have a variety of activities, events & fitness options to enjoy.\nDuties include but are not limited to:\n\n• Work under the supervision of the Lifestyle Director to assist with the implementation of life-enriching events, activities, and outings for a large active-adult 55+ community.
• Have a proven track record of reliability and timeliness.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to process and work with facility reservations and set-ups for multiple amenities.
• Acute attention to detail when working to confirm contract details with outside vendors for club, private, and lifestyle events.
• Assist with department bookkeeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with grace under pressure when assisting with facilitating events with time constraints.
• Excellent customer service skills and the utmost professionalism when dealing with challenging situations.
• Continuously update the lobby TV's with upcoming events and news within the community.
• Work with Lifestyle Director to ensure community calendar is up to date with events, fitness classes, and food trucks
• Oversee event ticket sales and offer assistance as needed
• Enthusiasm and creativity to encourage resident participation and enjoyment of all Lifestyle activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for event sponsorships, food trucks, and other activities.
• Maintain the weekly newsletter that goes out to the community.
• Be the first point-of-contact for set-up crew and pool monitors, create their monthly schedules, and communicate important information to them.
• Able to have a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends, or late nights.
• Other duties as assigned. \n Requirements\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\n0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\n
