WSPA-TV/CBS - WYCW/CW Greenville/Spartanburg is seeking a creative and motivated lifestyle Executive Producer to manage an hourlong community-focused lifestyle show.

Responsibilities include:

Define strategic direction and produce weekday lifestyle showOrganize show content in a cohesive sequence to engage and grow the audienceEnsure daily production is highly produced, teases are strong and content adheres to prioritiesBook and schedule live and pre-taped in-studio interviews and on-location segmentsEvaluate entertainment and cultural value of stories for broadcast and websiteWork closely with Sales to integrate & schedule sponsored client segmentsWork with production team on taping schedules and live show managementRun daily content meetings, provide timely feedback, and make solid decisionsBooth an hourlong live show Monday – FridayBuild relationships with guests, clients, community members, and show contributors 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work-related experienceMinimum 5 years’ producing a live lifestyle or variety show, or equivalent experienceAbility to deliver pre-live shows and pre-produced stories on time and on brandMust have experience leading a small team and managing show brandMust have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet tight deadlinesExperience with ENPS and StoryblocksSocial media fluencyExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
