Our client, an emerging wellness company, is seeking a Lifestyle Marketing Manager in Venice, CA. The hours are 9am-5pm with Mondays in the office and Tuesday-Friday remote. This is a unique opportunity to get involved early with an exciting new business.

Responsibilities:

Develop marketing strategies to boost customer retentionDesign push notification campaigns for customer engagementManage the company's customer loyalty and rewards programImplement strategies to reduce churn and use data to improve retention and address customer concernsPerform A/B tests to refine retentionAnalyze feedback from customers through surveysMonitor KPIs and report on the insights for further optimization

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of lifecycle marketing, customer service management in e-commerce or retention marketing experienceExperience in wellness or activewear is a plusWell-versed in driving customer retention through digital marketing channels, email and SMSExperience in A/B testingSkilled with Shopify and data analytic tools

Compensation/Benefits:
