In This Role\nOperate Raymond order picker with platform in a narrow aisle, wire guided warehouse\nPick and put away inventory into racking with RF scanners\nEnsure all SOP’s are being followed to uphold quality and integrity of inventory\nMeet productivity requirements as required\nReport and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the internal corrective action reporting (ICAR) process\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n
The Ideal Person\nMust be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance; and maneuver and lift up to 225 lbs. repeatedly with assistance\nExperience operating Fork Lift Equipment and specifically an Order Picker required\nGreat attention to detail, follow through, and communication\nContinuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, reaching in a warehouse environment\nAbility to maintain an exceptionally clear and safe work environment\nComfortable working independently and in a team environment\nAbility to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed\nBasic computer skills that include some warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel knowledge\nRequired to wear steel toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours\nMust be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required\n
