The Branch Administrator will provide upper management with insights to further increase productivity of the branch. Interprets operating policies. Exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Accounts for scheduled work and maintains knowledge of the status of open work orders. -Provides direct over site to the Branch, mentoring, training and provides insight on hiring and terminations. -Makes effective independent decisions representing day-to-day issues that do not require team discussion or input. -Monitors daily procedures and customer communication. -Communicates with customers to maintain and build a trusting relationship. -Coordinates with Billing Manager to ensure sites and work orders are being created and processed accordingly. -Responsible for all work order preparation for billing, including submitting PM’s and quoted jobs directly to the billing department. -Responsible for approving all time entries made by technicians in their assigned branches. -Responsible for reporting all billing totals in a daily spreadsheet that is sent to their assigned Branch Managers. -Responsible for creating purchase orders and requisitions when necessary, as well as receiving vendor invoices and fulfilling requisitions. -Encourages team members to look for opportunities for process simplification and improvements. -Supports Senior Management team as required. -Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications -Previous experience as an Administrator is required -Relevant industry experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction is highly preferred -High school diploma or equivalent is required -Ability to read, write & speak English proficiently. -Strong communication and internal/external customer service skills. -Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Excel) and ability to learn new software -Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask -Strong attention to detail is required -We have a great company culture, so a positive attitude is highly desired!
