Responsibilities:

As an Light Duty Repair Technician you will perform vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotation, etc.Communication skills: explaining issues to customers encouraging to invest in repairsDocumenting repairs: maintain accurate records of repairs & equipment, including repair historyReading work orders: understanding work orders & recording repairs correctlyDiagnosing problems: using diagnostic tools, examining parts, & testing operational features to identify issuesCarrying out repairs: Replacing parts, recalibrating systems, or overhauling machines 

Qualifications:Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred.Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Est. Flat Rate wage ranges from $15-$25, pending experience, production, etc.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
