GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

 FleetPride Service Center is growing and we are looking for a Light-duty Wrecker Operator to join our team. If you feel like you are the right person submit your application today.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrive at work daily on timeMust be able to work on call scheduling when neededMaintain wrecker cleanlinessAbility to work as a teamAbility to drive in all weather conditions – operate vehicle with safety precautions in placeExpected to work outside comfortable zone in challenging situationsMust have problem-solving skills and self-motivatedhave basic mechanical abilities - running air to units, dropping and reinstalling drive lines or axles

EDUCATION & TRAINING

High school diploma or GED

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Experience with Light-duty maintenance and repairsBasic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrical systems

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Class A CDL is not required, but is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 Exposure to Inside/Outside Conditions, Extreme Temperatures (average of 100 Degrees F), Humid Conditions, Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Equipment Noise, Work in enclosed and confined spaces.
