**Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler** **Job Description** Located in Lewis Center, we are seeking Final Assemblers to join our team. This is a 1st shift role, paying up to $22/hour. The position is temp-to-hire, with a shift schedule of 6:30am to 4:00pm (Mon-Thu) and 6:30am to 3:00pm (Fri; every other Friday off). Minimal overtime is required. The interview process consists of a single interview. In this role, you will assemble and wire electro-mechanical chassis and systems. Key responsibilities include studying and following assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, job travelers, facility procedures, and parts lists; positioning parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements; reporting assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to the Manager; completing preventive maintenance as scheduled; maintaining a safe and clean working environment; documenting actions by completing production and quality forms; contributing to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks or rotating through different processes/jobs as required or directed; and operating per established company policies and procedures. **Hard Skills** + Interpreting assembly instructions and blueprints + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to assemble components and make repairs + Wiring experience (outlets, wire harnessing, etc.) **Soft Skills** + Ability to get along well with others + Team-oriented **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in LEWIS CENTER, Ohio. **Work Environment** This is a very clean and climate-controlled environment with a strong emphasis on working culture **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
