**1st Shift Assembly $18/hour** **Job Description** - Assemble equipment by hand using air and hand tools - Use screwdrivers, drills, tape measures, etc. - **Handle parts usually 10 lbs or less, up to 30 lbs** - Perform mechanical assembly of small-scale products for shipment - Ensure the assembly line meets production targets - Available for overtime if required **Hard Skills** + Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred + Ability to lift 30 lbs unassisted + Hand and power tool usage **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Hicksville, Ohio. **Work Environment** - Mid-size manufacturing company in the machine building space - Cleaner environment with an older building style feel - Company is expanding to add more space - 4-10's schedule - Earbud usage allowed on the floor - Tasteful dress code ( **no steel toe required** ) **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
