**Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler** **Job Description** Our candidates will be working in a temperature-controlled facility on an assembly line. They will be assigned to one of five positions, which are detailed below. The primary requirements for this job are high attention to detail and the ability to work at a consistent pace. **Responsibilities** + Seat Cushion Assembly - putting the cushion on the bus seat + Back Cushion Assembly - putting the cushion on the backrest of the bus seat + Vinyl - putting the vinyl covering over the seats and backrest + Assembly - using hand tools to attach the backs of the seat to the base + Boxing - team lift packing the bus seats to be shipped to customers **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing experience + Ability to stand on their feet for the duration of the shift + Ability to lift up to 40lbs throughout the shift + Attention to detail + Mechanical aptitude + Experience with hand tools + Experience in production, assembly, general labor, packaging, and automotive assembly **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working with hand tools + Experience working in automotive assembly **Why Work Here?** As a second chance employer, we offer several benefits including an onsite gym, health clinic accessible to family members on our insurance plan, and three breakrooms. There are openings for the 1st shift from 6:30am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday. Employees will rotate positions throughout the shift to ensure they do not get worn out doing the same job for the entire duration of their shift. Dress code is casual and appropriate for an industrial setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Westfield, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.40 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
