**Light Industrial Assembler $21/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Light Industrial Assembler to join our team in Lewis Center. This is a 1st shift role, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and clean environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and wiring electro-mechanical chassis and systems. **Responsibilities** + Study, understand, and follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, job travelers, facility procedures, and parts list + Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements + Report assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to the manager to obtain additional resources or direction + Complete preventive maintenance per schedule/instructions + Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulations **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly documents + Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools + Prior electrical/electronic wiring expereince **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PCB assembly and soldering experience + Telecommunication work experience + Strong work history with long tenures at previous places of employment **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean working environment in a growing, yet family-owned company. We pride ourselves on our working culture, so new employees need to be able to get along well with others. The working hours are from 6:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 6:30am to 3:00pm on Fridays, with every other Friday off. Minimal overtime is required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
