Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Light Industrial Assembler to join our team in Lewis Center. This is a 1st shift role, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and clean environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and wiring electro-mechanical chassis and systems.
ResponsibilitiesStudy, understand, and follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, job travelers, facility procedures, and parts listPosition parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurementsReport assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to the manager to obtain additional resources or directionComplete preventive maintenance per schedule/instructionsMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulationsEssential SkillsAbility to read and interpret schematics and assembly documentsMechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power toolsPrior electrical/electronic wiring expereinceAdditional Skills & QualificationsPCB assembly and soldering experienceTelecommunication work experienceStrong work history with long tenures at previous places of employmentWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
This is a very clean and climate-controlled environment. We pride ourselves on our working culture, so new employees need to be able to get along well with others. The working hours are from 6:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 6:30am to 3:00pm on Fridays, with every other Friday off. Minimal overtime is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
