Job Description: Summary: + The main function of a plant care specialist is to install and service plant displays, flowers, and replica foliage. Job Responsibilities: + Install interior and exterior plant displays and flowers at commercial buildings. + Visit customer sites on a regular, predetermined basis to water, prune, change out and clean plants. + Communicate with the customer on a regular basis regarding plant and flower displays. + Ensure customer displays appear clean and orderly and no waste is left behind. Skills: + Verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. + Ability to climb and work from ladders. + Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly. + Previous experience with horticulture. Education/Experience: + High school diploma or equivalent. + 0-2 years experience.
