As a Manager - Lighting Business Development, you will manage the Company's lighting product and service programs.
In this role you will:
Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate the marketing of the Company for assigned lighting customer marketEvaluate performance of district and branch locations in market area of responsibilitySupport key Lighting Product Managers in the preparation, implementation, and tracking of national promotionsMake recommendations for stock and inventory amountsFacilitate continuous improvement of products and processesContinually evaluate market strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditionsWhat you bring to the table:
3 years experience in sales management, branch management, or district marketing experience required4 year degree in Business or related major preferredKnowledge of supplier products, industry products, and service trendsKnowledge of SAPOral and written communication and presentation skillsOrganizational and time management skillsNegotiation skillsAnalytical and critical thinking skillsSupervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively direct teams and achieve results through othersAbility to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing plansAbility to evaluate customer needs, analyze sales reports and statistics, and develop strategies to improve performanceOccasional travel requiredPay Details:
The expected salary for this position is $84,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
