Lighting Controls Technician
**Electrician** Seeking a self-starting Lighting Controls Field Service Technician capable of delivering a superior customer service experience. The role involves performing system startup, troubleshooting, and end-user training for lighting control systems. The technician will also review project documentation and specifications to ensure system installations match the plans and meet end-user expectations. Responsibilities include working with integration technicians, building owners, managers, and contractors to address any technical issues with lighting control integration and function, managing the RMA/Warranty process, coordinating product installation on-site, and performing additional miscellaneous tasks as assigned. **Hard Skills** + Onsite lighting control system startup + Troubleshooting + End-user training + Project documentation review + Lighting control integration + RMA/Warranty process management + Product installation coordination **Soft Skills** + Superior customer service + Ability to work independently + Effective communication + Problem-solving + Time management **Job Type** This is a Direct-Hire Position. **Work Environment** The work hours are generally from 7 am to 4 pm, with potential evening work. The environment includes hospitals, schools, warehouses, offices, and medical offices, encompassing both new constructions and old buildings. The role is primarily on active construction sites (90% of the time) and entails full-time hours with over 40 hours per week.
