Job Description
We are seeking a Lighting Coordinator to support one of our clients. This role involves several key responsibilities and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and systems.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Sales, Engineers, and Construction teams.Review job prints to ensure accurate numbers, wire footage, wire size, and other details.Generate and approve construction packets.Request materials from the Material Analyst.Select contractors for secondary voltage jobs and qualified linemen for primary zone jobs.Monitor jobs using JETS, LAMP, and SharePoint, and update job statuses.Assist with pre-audits using Fulcrum, verify job accuracy, and handle error corrections.Close jobs in LAMP and move them to Billing.Essential SkillsProject coordination experience.Knowledge of secondary and primary power distribution systems.Proficiency in using JETS, LAMP, SharePoint, and Fulcrum (Mapping Software).Ability to review and verify job plans, prints, wire footage, and sizes accurately.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineers, Construction teams, and contractors.Ability to identify and resolve issues during the job review and auditing processes.Understanding of construction standards, proper construction techniques, and material requirements.Team collaboration skills to work well with various teams and coordinate efforts to ensure job completion.Additional Skills & QualificationsA degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in project coordination, construction, or a similar role is highly beneficial.Flexibility to handle changes and unexpected challenges in job coordination and auditing.Work Environment
The role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will interact with various teams and use multiple software systems such as JETS, LAMP, SharePoint, and Fulcrum. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be working to ensure the accurate and timely completion of jobs, from initial planning stages to final billing.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
