THE JOB:

As a Limo Driver, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with transportation, baggage assistance and personal belongings. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

STARTING RATE: $13.66/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Vehicle Operation:

Drive the vehicle assigned by dispatch, which includes picking up and dropping off guests as directed.Ensure timely arrival and departure to meet guest schedules.

Errand Services:

Run various errands for VIP guests, such as picking up shopping items or other specific requests.

Communication:

Answer calls from dispatch and management promptly using the radio system.Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.

Area Knowledge:

Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company’s area, including hotels, golf courses, and restaurants.Utilize resources like magazines, guides, and bulletins to stay informed about the city’s ever-changing demographics.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Log and report all necessary repair or maintenance on the vehicle report sheet at the end of the shift.Perform basic checks and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Vehicle Upkeep:

Keep the vehicle clean both inside and out.Return the vehicle with at least 3/4 tank of fuel at the end of the shift.

Safety Reporting:

Notify a supervisor immediately of any safety or maintenance issues with the assigned vehicle.

Location Updates:

Keep dispatchers informed of the vehicle’s location at all times to ensure efficient coordination.

Policy Adherence:

Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Front Services and Transportation Department.Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and the public.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience:Minimum of 6 months of experience in a front-facing guest service role.A history of positive guest interactions and conflict resolution.Personality:Personable and approachable demeanor.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Other Qualifications:Knowledge of local area and directions to assist guests.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
