Hourly Rate: $19.11 an hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 700 employees and work 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. You will service the line to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. We have a great compensation package and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on the line that you are assigned to. This is an entry level role and no experience is required - we will train you on our equipment and processes.

MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

Shift Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | 5am - 4:30pm

Starting Pay:

1st Shift | $19.11/hour

Job Duties:

You will supply material to the line from stagging areaYou will learn how to operate a pallet jackYou visually inspect ingredients for quality defectsYou will work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe complianceYou will keep a clean and organized work areaYou will meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policyYou will be stand on feet for duration of a 10-12 hour shiftYou will have the opportunity to cross trainTo perform this job, you will perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
