Job Description

To prepare all hot/cold food items. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.

Responsibilities Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelinesInsure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to serviceRequired to learn all menu items produced by assigned stationPerform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frameRefrigeration and serving of cold foodProduction of ordersMaintain safe food handling procedures at all times Qualifications Display basic knife skillsMinimum of 2 yrs experience in fast paced, culinary environmentAbility to multi-taskMust be able to stand for 8+ hours per dayFlexible Scheduling to include some nights, weekends, and holidaysOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.
