Must be able to work Saturday/Sunday.morning shift availability.Responsibilities
Follow restaurant menu and recipes, ensuring each dish is tasteful and well presented Ensure line is set up and ready for service Maintain line and prep area clean throughout the shift Work together with kitchen and FOH staff to ensure a smooth service Qualifications Must have at least two years experience as a Line Cook, in a restaurant settingMust be able to pass Airport background checkFollowing SFO airport guidelines, employees must be fully vaccinated before starting employmentMust be able to work weekends and evenings. Open availability a plus Must be proactive and a self starter Must be proactive and a problem solver Knowledge of temperature guidelinesPhysical Demands

Supervision
This position is supervised by the General Manager.
Ideal candidate must have knowledge of kitchen equipment, solid knife skills, and knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines. Must be possess good work ethic, professionalism and be a team player.
As our Line Cook, you do not need to know everything about our kitchen and how we do things before you start, but you need to be open and passionate about the industry and have a good sense of food and a good dining experience. People who are not proactive, team players or customer service oriented, need not apply. You are meant for this role if you are a committed to providing great service and passionate about cooking amazing food.
