Eldora is the backyard winter mountain playground for Greater Denver, Boulder County, and Colorado's northern Front Range. Eldora is located just outside of the charming mountain town of Nederland, Colorado, about 20 miles west of Boulder and less than 50 miles from downtown Denver.
Eldora strives to deliver Colorado’s Front Range the most memorable outdoor adventures to locals and out-of-town visitors. Eldora Mountain Resort employs up to 700 employees at peak season and has 680 acres of lift-accessible terrain for skiing and snowboarding, including a Woodward Mountain Park experience, and a world class Nordic Center.
This person interacts directly with our guests, cooking yummy food for hungry skiers and snowboarders. Must work well under pressure and still have a big smile. You will be on stage in our open-air kitchen.
Basic Requirements:

Advanced knowledge of baking techniques.Knowledge of Sustainability practices in the food industry.Have exceptional working knowledge of ovens, stoves, coolers, freezers, kettles, and fryers.Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers.Set up the line with cooking utensils and equipment.Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.Have an exceptional knowledge of portion control and plate presentation.Cook food in a timely manner.Follow direction from Sous Chef and Head Chef.Participate in daily specials team meetings.Keep your area clean and sanitized throughout the shift.Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.Restock items throughout the day.Work closely with other Line Cooks.Is a champion of Play Forever, Powdr’s corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment and support our community in Eldora’s everyday operations.Administration Duties:

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
