ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Cooking of soups and sauces to spec’s to ensure Quality and Consistency. Cook all foods on the Ala Carte line for each station breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plating and garnishing of all cooked foods to ensure quality and consistency. Direct responsible to work the stations on a rotation basis and keep an open line of communication with other line Team Members and the Sous Chef. Create a positive guest / Team Member experience. Be helpful and friendly to all internal and external guests. Ask questions and take the responsibility to get them answered. Execution of all food production as determined by the Sous Chef through production sheets. Wearing plastic gloves, proper uniform, including hat, clean kitchen towels. Prepare the proper amounts of food as requested by the Sous Chef. Handle any special request made by the Sous Chef or external guest. Maintain Indigo Sky Casino's food quality spec’s as determined by the standard recipe. Maintain a waste free department by controlling production and utilizing returned food. Responsible for the cleanliness of your immediate work area and the process Walk-In-cooler. Rotating all products to ensure fresh products at all times. Maintaining established par levels and making sure stations are stocked at all times.
