Overview We are seeking a fulltime line cook to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first! We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality and specifically creating a top notch experience for all of our guests through food and beverage. This is an opportunity to combine your can do attittude with a passion for service. Essential Functions: Set up, restock, and maintain food preparation areas. Monitor the quality and consistency of all food served from the lines. Display knowledge in sanitation and sanitary food handling Provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times. Communicates with Sous Chef regarding general difficulties, special needs, equipment problems, or serviceware shortages which may arise when performing job up to set standards. Communicates any shortages of the menu. Follow recipes accurately with no substitutions or addition of ingredients. Assist the Chef in maintaining a clear and organized production and service kitchen as well as an orderly labeled and clean inventory room. Helps support staff (servers, bussers, runners) when needed in order to comply with standards and provide responsive customer service. What We Offer: Highly competitive wages! Culinary school graduate preferred. 2-3 years culinary experience in a multi level hotel or conference center. Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
