Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety. Clean and sanitize work areas & equipment. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education N/AMinimum Experience 1 year of Institutional or Fast Food preparations
Required Registration/License/Certification 3 year servsafe certificate within 90 days
Preferred Education High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Experience 2 years of Institutional or Fast Food preparations
Preferred Registration/License/Certification 5-year ServSafe Certification or Equivalent food protection manger certification
