THE JOB:
As a Cook, you’ll bring culinary creations to life with your skills and techniques while setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience. Your warm demeanor and attention to detail will help create unforgettable moments, ensuring every guest leaves with lasting WOW memories.


THE STARTING RATE:$17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Demonstrate strong knowledge of food products and apply culinary techniques with precision

Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment

Ensure kitchen is fully stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients for service

Properly label, date, and store food items to uphold safety and sanitation standards

Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu and ensure exceptional plate presentation

Support kitchen leadership and team members in executing seamless service

Prepare and maintain base sauces, stocks, and soups with expertise

Foster a team-oriented environment while assisting with guest needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Has a strong understanding of weights, measurements, and a variety of cooking techniques, ensuring precision in every dish

Has a strong knowledge in knife handling and proficiency with standard kitchen equipment, including slicers, toasters, Cryovac machines, and smallware's

Is committed to upholding health, sanitation, and food safety regulations in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and enhance the guest experience

Has at least one year of experience in a high-energy kitchen or line cook role (preferred)

Has completed a formal culinary training to further refine skills and techniques (preferred)
