Job Summary

Jimmy's Egg is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at our Pittsburg location. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to our recipes and standards Ensure that food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Strong sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent
