Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Over half of Diageo’s 27,000+ people work in Supply Chain and Manufacturing. About the Role
As our Line Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping our Bali plant running smoothly and safely. You'll be responsible for the proactive maintenance of our production line equipment, ensuring it operates at peak performance and prevents quality or safety issues.

Key Tasks / Accountabilities
Perform daily maintenance tasks (both reactive and proactive) to keep our equipment running at optimal levels.
Monitor and analyze machine performance metrics to identify potential issues that could impact quality and safety. Collaborate with the area owner to develop solutions and prevent future problems.
Maintain accurate daily utility records to provide valuable insights for analyzing our manufacturing energy performance.
Managing all utility equipment to deliver good service (compressed air, process water, WWTP, Chiller, AC) to the production plant.
Operate a variety of machinery, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely.
Set up and adjust equipment based on manufacturing specifications and production needs.
About You
Proven working knowledge of mechanical and electrical part.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related engineering field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical), or demonstrably relevant experience.
Ability to remain positive and flexible in the face of changes and challenges.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate clearly with colleagues.
PREFERABLE:
- Computer literate
- Experience using SAP systems.
- Experience in managing electrical and instrument systems.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and - - linguistic backgrounds.
- Proven ability to lead or contribute effectively in cross-functional teams.
