The Staff Management | SMX team in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Food Quality Associates. As a member of this factory team, you will assist in manufacturing chocolate, protein bars, and granola bars. Your pay rate is between $20.28-$21.50 and you will receive weekly pay, health benefits, and much more.

 This is a full-time position available for the following shift(s):

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee Production: Monitor and guide the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operations, meeting production goals and deadlines.Troubleshooting: Identify and address any machine malfunctions or operational issues, providing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.Team Coordination: Assign tasks to team members, ensuring that work is evenly distributed and that everyone is working efficiently toward common production goals.Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and addressing any deviations.Communication: Act as a point of contact for team members, answering questions and providing guidance to ensure smooth operation and adherence to procedures.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.Report Maintenance: Keep accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any incidents or issues that occur on the line

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with experience in a leadership role.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and operational issues.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.28 - $21.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
