**Machine Operator 3rd 21/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Line Lead. In this role, you will oversee the operations of pelletizing or grinding lines, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. You will also assist with material handling and adhere to strict safety protocols. **Responsibilities** + Lead a pelletizing or grinding line. + Operate forklifts to move materials around the facility. + Oversee line operations of pelletizers and grinders. + Assist in building boxes for material storage. + Load material onto conveyor belts. + Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the facility. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing or industrial experience (2+ years). + Experience in machine operation. + Experience with forklifts, production, material handling, inventory, shipping, receiving, palletizing, loading, and unloading. + Ability to use steel toe shoes, bump caps, and ear protection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to speak up on issues and demonstrate leadership. + Previous forklift experience is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive wages and opportunities for growth. We have a team of 30-40 employees and offer shifts on 1st and 3rd, including 8 or 12-hour options. Safety gear such as steel toed shoes, bump caps, eye protection, and ear protection are required and provided.
