Responsibilities: Meet Product manager / Asst Manager for planning/ scheduling of production for next day/ week. Assign work to crew members and assemble goods on production area to meet all production deadlines. Monitor the production process to meet ISO standard e.g. PWO, Work Instruction, Training, Records. Material handling & Storage for incoming material to designated location. Storage of work in progress goods. Storage of Excess raw material to designated location and records. Keep Workstation clean and free of materials by end of the day. Organize racks for easy and faster excess of parts for faster and smooth production for crew members. Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor. Participate in proto type assembly. To be able to train all other employee. Recommend component, tools, Jig. Able to adapt to changes Commit to continuous improvement Perform other duties assigned by Production Manger Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment Basic computer knowledge required. (Microsoft Office) Strong people skills including communication and organization skills. Must have some leadership or supervisory experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
