Set up, adjust, operate, troubleshoot, and repair machinery 2. Manufacture quality products efficiently in an industrial setting 3. Interpret and analyze data to tight tolerances and specifications 4. Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) 5. Read machine tool blueprints 6. Diagnose equipment failures 7. Modify or engineer new working tooling and parts to improve equipment efficiency Qualifications: 1. Strong mechanical background 2. Excellent math skills 3. Familiarity with Statistical Process Controls (SPCs) preferred 4. Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments 5. Ability to read machine tool blueprints 6. Minimum high school diploma or GED (Associate or Technical Degree preferred) 7.
