**Line Mechanic** **Call/email me at dargutierrez@** aerotek .com (https://aerotek.com/) **| 562 566 4704** **1st shift** **Paying $30-33** **Monday-Friday 6am-2:30am|** Must be willing to work Overtime | **Azusa, CA** **Job Description:** Maintenance Mechanic/ Line Tech with background in a packaging or production manufacturing setting are welcome! exp: bottling, cosmetics, pharma, food etc This company produces high end hair product, shampoos conditioners etc **Duties:** + Performs set-up/changeover of varied manufacturing equipment (fillers, conveyors, tanks, pumps, motors, etc.) according to expectations. This includes making proper adjustments, corrections, and repairs to ensure the equipment operates safely, efficiently, according to quality and customer standards, and within a scheduling timeline. + Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical (120V, 208V), pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. + Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components and performs complex troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and written instructions. + Provides reactive/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production operation. + Able to perform line set-ups with efficiencies in mind, making sure to align to expected start-up times + Perform PM maintenance on equipment and document work performed via the maintenance logbook + Able to diagnose failing equipment and determine the proper next steps to correct + Must keep the Machine shop in an organized manner always keeping the 5S model + Performs preventive and routine maintenance procedures on various types of production machinery + Follows all SOPs and cGMP requirements + Knowledge of DC & AC motors & drives. + General understanding of electrical and electrical controls. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
