This includes making proper adjustments, corrections, and repairs to ensure the equipment operates safely, efficiently, according to quality and customer standards, and within a scheduling timeline. + Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical (120V, 208V), pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. + Locates and diagnoses failures, replaces defective components and performs complex troubleshooting using standard equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and written instructions. + Provides reactive/unscheduled repairs of equipment during production operation. + Able to perform line set-ups with efficiencies in mind, making sure to align to expected start-up times + Perform PM maintenance on equipment and document work performed via the maintenance logbook + Able to diagnose failing equipment and determine the proper next steps to correct + Must keep the Machine shop in an organized manner always keeping the 5S model + Performs preventive and routine maintenance procedures on various types of production machinery + Follows all SOPs and cGMP requirements + Knowledge of DC & AC motors & drives. + General understanding of electrical and electrical controls. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
