**Job Title: Filler Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Filler Operator for the 3rd shift to set up and run the cartridge filling line. The ideal candidate will manage batches, troubleshoot quality issues during production, and provide flexible support to the team. Responsibilities include weighing and mixing raw materials, pick and packing finished goods, and ensuring quality control throughout the production process. **Responsibilities** + Set up and run the cartridge filling line. + Troubleshoot and address quality issues during production. + Fill in for employees on the line during breaks. + Weigh and mix raw materials. + Pick and pack finished goods for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation, filling, mixing, quality control, and batching. + Ability to operate filling machines and work in a production environment. + Experience in cleanroom and packaging processes. + Proficiency in inspection and quality assurance. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with liquid filling processes. + Leadership experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a stable work environment with numerous growth opportunities. There is a slight smell of inks, but candidates will receive a tour to acclimate. The position operates on the A shift from 11:00PM to 7:30AM. Our division is small, comprising only 60 employees, fostering a close-knit and collaborative work culture. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
