About the Role:
The Line Utility Person is responsible for providing support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You will add value to the role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Running various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient mannerPerforming work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Company Policies and ProceduresFollowing work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and qualityBeing responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issuesImportant Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Line One, 3rd shift, which operates from 11:55 am to 8 am Monday-Friday. This includes mandatory overtime on weekends.
Starting pay rate is $21.40 per hour plus a $0.75 shift differential. After 6 months of employment, rate increases to $21.90.
