All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Ensure the proper volume of detergent, water, bleach, starch, and other washing products are used. + Sort and count articles removed from dryers, then fold, wrap, or hang them. + Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry closet; washing, drying, sorting, and counting the linens; folding and restocking the linens in an efficient manner. + Operate extractors, dyers, and blower fans as needed. + Inspect soiled articles to determine sources of stains to locate color imperfections, and to identify items requiring special treatment. + Determine spotting procedures and proper solvents, based on fabric and stain types. + Iron or press articles, fabrics, banquet linens, napkins, spa linen using hand irons or pressing machines. + Communicate with appropriate staff to identify needs for guest linens. + Track and record all loads washed and dried using a provided spreadsheet to calculate productivity. + Record loss of linens due to stains, tears and wear. **More about you** + Laundry worker experience in a hotel or other high-volume location preferred. + Basic math skills. + Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and team. + Ability to work effectively with others. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Must have overnight availability. **Physical requirements** + The working environment is inside and surrounded by commercial-grade washers and dryers and other various laundry service equipment. + Temperatures and humidity will vary depending on weather and how many machines are in operation at any given time. + Frequent standing, bending, walking, and lifting are required. **Shift details** Day shift Evening shift Event based Holidays Weekends **Who we are** Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, retail, and restaurants at Busch Stadium, home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and has been the hospitality partner since 1953.
