You will:

1. Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and associated infrastructure.
2. Manage and monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
4. Implement security measures, including patching, firewall management, and vulnerability assessments.
5. Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
6. Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
8. Provide support for disaster recovery and backup processes.


You bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or related field.2. Min 5-7 years' experience in Linux configuration, servers and infrastructure.3. A deep understanding of the Linux operating system4. Has skill in Scripting with Bash or Perl5. Knowledgeable of networking, database administration and information security related technologies6. Certifications: CompTIA Linux+, Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC), Linux Administrator (LPIC 1), Linux Engineer (LPIC 2), RedHat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or related.
