                                                           Linux Enterprise Expert   Location: Bangalore, India   We are seeking a talented and experienced Linux expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Linux laptops and servers, along with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM). In addition to Linux proficiency, candidates should have experience administering the services and protocols used in an enterprise environment, and a solid understanding of networking.     You will have: Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Linux laptops and servers in an enterprise environment. Minimum 1 year experience supporting Windows and Mac laptops in an enterprise environment. Proficiency in Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and TCP/IP. Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Strong understanding of networking concepts, and Microsoft 365 suite. Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware components. Previous experience using a ticketing system for incident management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good for you to have: Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Proxmox). Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash. Relevant certifications are a plus. Okta, JIRA, or telephony experience is a plus. Mail flow, including Proofpoint Email Protection experience is a plus. Bird’s eye view of your role: Administer and provide day-to-day support for company laptops and servers. Linux focused, but also Windows and Mac. This will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, system configurations, and user account management. Most of this support will be for remote users. Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for company devices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Linux systems, software, and hardware. Install, configure, and update software applications and system components as needed. Support Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Help administer network devices, including Juniper and MerakiTroubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including LAN, WAN, and wireless connectivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support networking solutions. Utilize ticketing system to track and prioritize user requests and incidents. Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide 24x7 support for critical issues. Document system and network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.  What will you bring –    This role will work in offset or rotating shifts in a 24x7 environment and on-call work. The ideal candidate will be a Linux expert: providing input on best practices and solutions based on experience and research.
