Responsibilities
Provide Technical Application Support for the Security Infrastructure and ApplicationsProduction and UAT Environment Troubleshooting expertiseCapacity, performance and Stability reporting and ManagementMaintenance of scripts (Bash, PowerShell, etc.) and other tools for system monitoring and process automationProvide Technical MentoringLead Operations-related projects and Security assessment for the infrastructure associated with the applications in scopeLeadership Skills to Document and do knowledge transfer to other team membersBe responsible to assess the risk and associated impact of all operational issues and change events and react quickly to escalate to technology management in a timely manner when requiredWork closely with the infrastructure team to ensure the operational requirements are met during application integrationsContinuously keep the Knowledge Share repository up to dateStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work across all levels of the organizationProven ability to work with demanding global partners within time sensitive timelines; solid problem solving, analytical and technical abilitiesQualifications
5+ years' hands-on experience with Linux working in Operations support or System AdministrationKnowledge and hands on Experience with the following Operating Systems is a must: Red Hat (RHEL), Linux, Windows System, or other Unix-based Operating SystemsKnowledge of PKI Technology, TLS certificates, encryption, life cycle and end to end communicationKnowledge of Security tools and hands-on experience with some of the following technologies is a major advantage:
Data Security Technology, PKI Infrastructure and Encryption Systems, Certificate life cycle managementPrivileged Access and Vault Management Technologies: CyberArk, SCAPDAP, WAISMonitoring or Automation Tools: Tivoli, Sensu, Autosys, ServiceNowKnowledge of the following components would also be a major plus: Web Servers (Apache, IIS, Sun One Web servers); Application Servers (WebLogic, WebSphere); Database functionality (Oracle, SQL server); Understanding of security, network architectures and protocols
Familiarity of Compliance and risk management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ISO27002, SDLC)Experience with Shell/PowerShell scripting, SQL, or any other equivalent will be a plusEducation
