Detailed Job Description:

The resource will be responsible with coordinating between a software vendor and multiple business and IT areas to complete application and database code deployments across multiple environments. Provide day to day support and maintenance of the MDMS and related AMI Systems to all users of the AMI environment Application monitoring and configuration Responding to in house developed alerts Liaison and work with various IT teams within the IT department Implement infrastructure and application upgrades Execute multi-system integration end to end with user acceptance test for supported applications within the AMI environment Problem management and root cause analysis Work with vendors to configure and install products in multiple environments from development, testing through to production. Participate in disaster recovery drills from beginning to end configuring MDMS to function on failed over environment.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficient with Linux, SQL Query Tools, SQL Developer, Shell scripting is a must, Excel, XML, CSV, JSON, Python, Data Manipulation & transformation, Log file analysis.
