This position is a hands-on role, integrated in an energetic growing team where the primary role will be to take care of the company IT Infrastructure. As a member of the Hosting team, you will work closely with other teams and support them. Your responsibilities will be to automate, when possible, monitoring and operate and manage servers. You will cover problem and incident management, problem analysis, problem solving and access management.

We are looking for a team player, willing to collaborate and learn in a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently with high self-motivation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Create and Manage, maintain and monitor Linux serves and applications, including system updates, patching and configuration management; Perform regular system and security audits, vulnerability assessments, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategiesProactively identify and resolve system performance issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT staff, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. (once a month probably, not often).Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharingExperience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernets)Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS as part of problem managementAssist in developing and maintaining the Technical Disaster Recovery PlanLiaise with support vendors for maintenance, support or issues resolution.Work with change requests & incident monitoring system (ServiceNow)Provide technical support during disaster

About You 

Curious, have a good aptitude for learning and enjoy variety, with opportunities to work with a variety of technologies and systemsAdvanced  Linux knowledgeGood technical problem-solving skillsAbility to work as part of an international team, as well as being part of a local market teamStrong bias for action and ownershipStrong communication and team collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
