As a Product Associate in Product Governance Team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.
Job responsibilities Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Organizes complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong communication acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques Supports the Global Deal Review Lead in the management of the Deal Review end to end process and forum Supporting the Global Deal Review Lead in the management of the Deal Review automation strategy Develops a rich understanding of the Liquidity & Account Solutions product suite and infrastructure, including drivers of revenue, capabilities vs. industry/customer needs and current business priorities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in business or product management, control management or related role Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint Structured and creative problem solver, with ability to rapidly research, digest and synthesize large amounts of information on complex topics Ability to quickly build strong partnerships, credibility and influence with technology, functional partners, and senior management Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to translate complex technical, operational or regulatory information into coherent messages for key partners, senior management and clients Appreciation of risk considerations and a control-minded approach
