Wine/Liquor Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of the wine/beer/spirits department in order to create a destination experience for our guests. You implement the corporate wine/beer/spirits program while adding your unique skills to improve the overall go-to-market of beer, wine and spirits products in your given location. You will actively stock and merchandise wine/beer/spirits products while you assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, you are responsible for tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements. You will be required to obtain a food handler's permit. More job details are available in our store. Union and Non-Union: “The pay range is $19.03 to $24.15 per hour, but no less than the local
minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications
and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of
service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401k eligibility).
