**About the role**
Leads the regional LIS organization across a Life Sciences account. Responsible for execution of client protocols in Lab setting including leading self performance and third parties.
Oversees execution, including client relations, team building, and other key contractual strategies. Serves an account level representative, managing key performance indicators, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements.
**What you’ll do**
Manages, directs, and schedules day-to-day and long-range activities for defined Pharma Services scope and ensures that all programs and procedures of the Pharma Services staff are being accurately implemented.
Reviews work to ensure compliance with performance, safety, statutory, regulatory requirements, company policies, standards, and procedures.
Supports the development and administration of department budget. Reviews and approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional contract requirements.
Processes performance metrics; tracks, analyzes, and reports performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change and ensures contract requirements have been implemented at a level above the specified standards.
Handles contractor specifications, problems/issues, performance, and administration.
Ensures supply of spare parts and consumables for in-scope Pharma Services.
Leads the day-to-day operations, ensuring services are provided in an efficient, safe, timely, and compliant manner in accordance with the approved budget and the contractual obligations specified by the customers.
**What you’ll need**
Bachelors degree in electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years related experience managing in regulated laboratory and/or manufacturing pharmaceutical environments.
Five years relevant field experience in laboratory and / or manufacturing pharmaceutical or equivalent regulated environments required. Knowledge of analytical instrument maintenance and / or laboratory technical services. applicable regulatory guidelines and audit experience.
Previous supervisory experience.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation range is about $125,000 to $135,000 annual base salary based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
