Listening & Insights Partner

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Listening and Insights Partner, you will implement our enterprise (global) Listening Strategy. You will partner with Human Resources, HR Technology, and IT to ensure the successful implementation of listening projects (surveys, focus groups). You will support the design, administration and reporting of feedback across internal and external team member lifecycles, applying several tools and platforms.

The position is hybrid-remote, and located in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact

Manage primary team member listening processes (including participant, HRIS, and hierarchy management, translations, user acceptance testing, response updates, and end-user support.)

Create relevant SOPs for engagement surveys.

Build and implement surveys, including survey programming, testing, user access management, and security – with a focus on data privacy and protection

Support insights generation and action through analyzing feedback, building dashboards, benchmarking, action planning, and ad-hoc reporting.

Support qualitative projects, such as focus groups, through coordination, note taking and reporting.

Use community forums and other external resources for best practices, innovations, and support.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience using Qualtrics to build surveys.

2+ years of experience with scoring and statistics from surveys.

2+ years of experience providing statistical analysis on engagement.

2+ years of experience building HR surveys.

2+ years of experience building surveys around corporate projects/transformation a plus.   

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
