Responsibilities

The Listening Solutions Specialist will be responsible for the technical administration and optimization of Ascension’s associate experience (AX) listening programs, focusing on survey platform management, data analysis, and reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of survey vendor platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), data visualization tools, and employee data integration to deliver actionable insights that improve the associate experience.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

Technical Administration: Manage and administer Ascension’s AX listening programs within Qualtrics, including survey design, distribution, data collection, and reporting. This includes expertise in features such as advanced survey logic, branching, embedded data, and reporting functionalities.Data Integration and Management: Integrate data from multiple sources to enable targeted analysis and personalized reporting. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Dashboard Development and Reporting: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate key insights from AX survey data. Generate regular reports on program usage, trends, and key performance indicators.Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to users of AX listening programs, troubleshooting issues related to data access and reporting. Escalate complex issues as needed.Analysis and Interpretation of Survey Results: Analyze AX survey results, identify trends, and communicate findings to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Provide data-driven recommendations for improving the associate experience.Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective survey solutions. Consult with stakeholders on survey design, data interpretation, and action planning.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest product updates, features, and best practices for survey platforms and data analysis tools. Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of AX listening programs.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Detail-oriented and organized.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
