What You'll Bring:

2+ years of relevant experience as a legal or administrative support professionalFamiliarity with federal and state court E-filing and docketing systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and assess & adjust quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to work independently within an existing systemA variety of services regarding in-house litigation and threatened litigation matters including calendar and matter managementAdvanced level experience using Excel, Word and Outlook calendar management.Proven ability to work cross-functionally, develop partnerships, engage in teamwork, and develop good working relationshipsOrganization and high attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize tasks, and manage expectations effectively to complete projects quickly, efficiently and on timeSupport attorneys in the legal departmentDemonstrate initiative, independent thinking, and creative problem solving

Impact You'll Make:

Prepare legal documents, including drafting, formatting, and proofreadingOrganize and maintain client files using a document management systemFile documents with various courts and agenciesAssist with trial preparationScan and file incoming and outgoing mailPrepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheetsProvide general administrative support to attorneys as needed

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
