Litigation Associate – Business Litigation

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a talented Business Litigation Associate to join their litigation team in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and experienced group of attorneys, offering exposure to high-profile, complex litigation matters.

 

Candidate Profile:

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Bar Admission in Georgia or another state, with a willingness to go through the Georgia Bar admission process. 18 months to 5 years of substantive experience in business litigation. Proficiency in conducting and supervising electronic discovery, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, and arguing motions. Confidence in taking and defending depositions, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in complex business litigation matters, working with a skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience. Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial, including electronic discovery, motion practice, and depositions. Collaborate on a variety of cases at both the state and federal levels, ensuring top-tier legal services for clients. Develop and execute case strategies, working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
